What has felt like too much may be what you’re growing into.
Coaching for sensitive people who are ready to grow into themselves, not out of themselves. I listen closely, with my whole body, and share what I notice only if you want to hear it.
Sensitivity is not a flaw in the design
Some people feel everything. The mood of a room arrives before the conversation does. A small sentence lands like weather.
For a long time, you may have treated this as something to manage: to quiet, or hide, or explain. But intensity is rarely random. Often it’s the leading edge of who you’re becoming. Depth, asking for room.
Perhaps you’ve already found words for yourself. A diagnosis, a type, a map that finally made the past make sense. Those words matter. And still there’s a question that comes after understanding: what wants to unfold?
What a session is like
We meet for an hour over video. Mostly, I pay attention: to what you say, and to what your body is doing while you say it. You don’t need to have anything figured out, and there’s nothing to perform.
At some point I’ll probably notice something: a shift in your voice, or something passing across your face. I’ll ask whether you want to hear it. If you do, I’ll offer it as a guess. You’re the one who knows whether it fits.
Sometimes a map from depth psychology or developmental theory helps the terrain make sense. When it does, I’ll bring one in. When it doesn’t, it stays on the shelf.
This might be for you if…
- You’re an engineer, or something like one, and the work that used to make sense has stopped making sense.
- You were diagnosed later in life. The relief has settled, and now you’re asking: what now?
- You’ve been told you’re too much, and some part of you has started to believe it.
- Something is shifting on the inside, and you don’t yet have words for it.
How I work
- Presence before perception.
- You’re met and held first. Nothing has to happen quickly.
- I’ll share what I notice, if you want it.
- I always ask first. “No” is a complete answer.
- You’re the authority on you.
- What I offer is a perception, not a verdict. What it means is yours to decide.
- Maps, held lightly.
- Psychological and developmental frameworks come in only when they help. Maps are useful. They’re never the land.
- The intensity is the doorway.
- We don’t smooth it out. We follow where it leads.
About me
[Your story, in your own words: the path through engineering, what opened, and why you do this work.]
Give what feels true
Sessions are 60 minutes over video, and they’re free to book. Afterwards, tip whatever feels right, including nothing. You decide what my perceptions mean, and you decide what the hour was worth.
If you’d like a guide, [suggested tip, e.g. $111] helps sustain this work.
Coaching is not therapy. If you’re working with a therapist, coaching can sit alongside that work, not in place of it.
Begin with a few words
Send me a short note about what’s bringing you here. It doesn’t need to be polished. I read every message myself and reply personally.
